Domestic Securities in the U.S. Code: Title 15, Chapter 2A, Subchapter I

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating domestic securities are compiled in the United States Code under Title 15, Chapter 2A, Subchapter I. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Trade Law (including domestic securities) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Securities and Trust Indentures of the US Code, including domestic securities) by chapter and subchapter.
