Dog-draw Definition

In forest law. Drawing after, that is, pursuing, a deer with a dog. One of the circumstances which constituted what was called the manifest deprehension of an offender against venison in a forest; that is, his being caught in the act of committing the offense, or taken with the mainour, as it was otherwise called.
