Dissemination of Technical, Scientific and Engineering Information in the U.S. Code: Title 15, Chapter 23

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating dissemination of technical, scientific and engineering information are compiled in the United States Code under Title 15, Chapter 23. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Trade Law (including dissemination of technical, scientific and engineering information) of the United States.
