Designation of Regions in the U.S. Code: Title 40, Subtitle V, Chapter 4, Subchapter II

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating designation of regions are compiled in the United States Code under Title 40, Subtitle V, Chapter 4, Subchapter II. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Public Property (including designation of regions) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Regional Development of the US Code, including designation of regions) by chapter and subchapter.
