Crop Insurance in the U.S. Code: Title 7, Chapter 36

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating crop insurance are compiled in the United States Code under Title 7, Chapter 36. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Agriculture (including crop insurance) of the United States.
