Court-martial Jurisdiction in the U.S. Code: Title 10, Subtitle A, Part II, Chapter 47, Subchapter IV

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating court-martial jurisdiction are compiled in the United States Code under Title 10, Subtitle A, Part II, Chapter 47, Subchapter IV. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to General Military Law (including court-martial jurisdiction) of the United States.
