Corporate Responsibility in the U.S. Code: Title 15, Chapter 98, Subchapter III

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating corporate responsibility are compiled in the United States Code under Title 15, Chapter 98, Subchapter III. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Trade Law (including corporate responsibility) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Accounting of the US Code, including corporate responsibility) by chapter and subchapter.
