Congressional Review of Agency Rulemaking in the U.S. Code: Title 5, Part I, Chapter 8

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating congressional review of agency rulemaking are compiled in the United States Code under Title 5, Part I, Chapter 8. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Government Organization (including congressional review of agency rulemaking) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Government Agencies and Congress of the US Code, including congressional review of agency rulemaking) by chapter and subchapter.
