Congressional Liaison and Reports in the U.S. Code: Title 19, Chapter 12, Subchapter I, Part 6

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating congressional liaison and reports are compiled in the United States Code under Title 19, Chapter 12, Subchapter I, Part 6. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Customs Duties (including congressional liaison and reports) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Trade Act of 1974 and Congress and Reports of the US Code, including congressional liaison and reports) by chapter and subchapter.
