Congressional Ethics in the U.S. Code: Title 2, Chapter 47

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating congressional ethics are compiled in the United States Code under Title 2, Chapter 47. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Congress (including congressional ethics) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Congressional Ethics of the US Code, including congressional ethics) by chapter and subchapter.
