Confidentiality of Information in the U.S. Code: Title 22, Chapter 88, Subchapter III

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating confidentiality of information are compiled in the United States Code under Title 22, Chapter 88, Subchapter III. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Foreign Relations (including confidentiality of information) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Energy and Treaties and International Law and Nuclear Non-Proliferation of the US Code, including confidentiality of information) by chapter and subchapter.
