Names of lawyers who handle collections (in U.S. law) of commercial items. It is from these list; that out-of-town lawyers select an attorney in the debtor’s locality to handle the: claim. It is from these lists that the lawyers will select attorneys to whom to forward account against debtors in another jurisdiction. Usually the forwarder of an item will mention the law list from which the lawyer’s name was obtained. Some lists produce better results than others.

Current

Commercial Law lists include the Commercial Bar, the General Bar and the American Business and Insurance Attorneys. In 2014, Commercial Law Lists are of little use. Some attorneys are still bonded and listed in commercial law lists, trying to achieve a good record.
