Commerce and Trade in the U.S. Code: Title 15
The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating commerce and trade are compiled in the United States Code under Title 15. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Trade Law (including commerce and trade) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Restraint of Trade and Intellectual Property Rights of the US Code, including commerce and trade) by chapter and subchapter.
