The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating classified information procedures are compiled in the United States Code under Title 10, Subtitle A, Part II, Chapter 47A, Subchapter V. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to General Military Law (including classified information procedures) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Military Commissions of the US Code, including classified information procedures) by chapter and subchapter.
