Concept of Chip in Health Insurance Law

In this context, the following is a definition of Chip: The Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) provides coverage to low- and moderate-income children. Like Medicaid, it is jointly funded and administered by the states and the federal government. It was originally called the State Children’s Health Insurance Program (SCHIP).
