The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating buildings and grounds are compiled in the United States Code under Title 40, Subtitle II, Part C, Chapter 61, Subchapter II. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Public Property (including buildings and grounds) of the United States.
