Basic Pay in the U.S. Code: Title 37, Chapter 3

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating basic pay are compiled in the United States Code under Title 37, Chapter 3. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Uniformed Services (including basic pay) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Payments of the US Code, including basic pay) by chapter and subchapter.
