Bank Reserves in the U.S. Code: Title 12, Chapter 3, Subchapter XIV

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating bank reserves are compiled in the United States Code under Title 12, Chapter 3, Subchapter XIV. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Banking Law (including bank reserves) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Federal Reserve System of the US Code, including bank reserves) by chapter and subchapter.
