Automotive Products in the U.S. Code: Title 19, Chapter 8

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating automotive products are compiled in the United States Code under Title 19, Chapter 8. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Customs Duties (including automotive products) of the United States.
