The Thurgood Marshall School of Law Library defined briefly American Jurisprudence Proof of Facts as: A multi-volume set that provides a guide for lawyers in the organization and preparation of materials for trial and in the examination of witnesses. Designed to assist in obtaining information from clients, taking depositions, preparing briefs and also includes check lists and planning guides.Legal research resources, including American Jurisprudence Proof of Facts, help to identify the law that governs an activity and to find materials that explain that law.
