Alcoholic Beverage Labeling in the U.S. Code: Title 27, Chapter 8, Subchapter II

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating alcoholic beverage labeling are compiled in the United States Code under Title 27, Chapter 8, Subchapter II. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Intoxicating Liquors (including alcoholic beverage labeling) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Distilled Spirits, Wines and Beer and Alcohol of the US Code, including alcoholic beverage labeling) by chapter and subchapter.
