Advisory Boards provide the President with independent information and advice from experts on current priority issues.
Advisory Boards are established to provide the President with independent information and advice from top experts in their fields. The following Advisory Boards were active at the end of 2016:
- President’s Council on Jobs and Competitiveness
- President’s Intelligence Advisory Board and Intelligence Oversight Board
- President’s Management Advisory Board
- White House Council for Community Solutions
- White House Initiative and President’s Advisory Commission on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders
- President’s Global Development Council
- President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST)
