Additional Preparedness in the U.S. Code: Title 6, Chapter 2, Subchapter II, Part B

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating additional preparedness are compiled in the United States Code under Title 6, Chapter 2, Subchapter II, Part B. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Domestic Security (including additional preparedness) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, National Emergency of the US Code, including additional preparedness) by chapter and subchapter.
