Concept of Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)

In relation to immigration and citizenship, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is defined as: The agency that enforces federal laws that prohibit discrimination against a job applicant or employee because of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age (40 or older), disability or genetic information.
