State Courts

Base Rule: State courts generally include generic rules from authorities like a Rules of Civil Procedure, Rules of Court, or other body of rules which apply across all state courts. There is significant variation among states in terms of naming conventions (for example, Superior Courts, District Courts or Circuit Courts).
Local State Rules: Some states have local rules in each county.
Appellate Rules: They generally include rules from a general Rules of Appellate Procedure.
